Meh. Not as good of a stretch produced as I had expected.
I was disappointed when they arrived because I thought I’d gotten the 5 wheel set. But I went and looked and I can add the smallest ones if I decide to. I think the order format is confusing, that could use some clarification. I’ve been using the middle sizes and they are helping my recovery from fracturing 4 vertebrae last year.
I saw an ad for Lotus Wheel on social media and was reluctant to "click" at first, but so glad that I did! The 5 wheel pack was a good value per piece, so I went ahead and ordered the 5 wheel kit. I have experienced such relief since I started using the Lotus Wheels!! I have chronic back and neck pain and tension, and the Lotus Wheels are helping to work through the tension and "crunchiness" in my mid-back. I'm really glad I took a chance on these and they've quickly become part of my daily back care routine.
The x5 wheel option is the way to go, each wheel is just wide enough to get in between your shoulder blades to massage them as well as your spine.
The small neck one also digs into your traps to ease tension. I love it
This particular purchase was a gift for someone who tried my much loved Lotus wheel and liked it. He loves his and uses it daily too.
The foam is Very soft. Not worth the money. It does not apply any pressure at all.

They worked on my lower back pain, had another brand nothing, I went slow and easy with the 2 larger Lotus wheels, second largest my favorite for my back and SNAP! within a day after the snap I was walking better.
Take your time each morning and night and the sore spots will work their way out. I had been using a big beer keg with a rubber mat around it for 2 years. These are so much better to stretch the spine and work on the muscles to relax them with than a keg. Highly recommend!

This kit is the real deal, when i seen the add i was excited for a real back crack, and it really works, i got a crack and open back that ive only ever been able to get with a thai massage back walk, its really solid product, heavy duty build, well worth the money 🙏🙌
Didn't live up to the hype at it.Didn't provide any relief.\nIn fact, my next started hurting worse.After using their product. The only thing they got right was having the space for the spine on all of the wheels.Everything else was generic and could have been done for twenty bucks
I am really impressed with the Lotus Wheel Premium 5-pack. The selection of different wheels and cylinders is designed to provider the user with stretching and exercising options for back, legs, neck and arms. I am excited to make these a part of my health routines.

This is a great set of rollers to help loosen up my back and the little one feels great on my feet.
I just started using this personally and in my chiropractic practice last week. Demonstrating it’s used for patients. I already have several patients interested in ordering the set. Very durable and stable. In my opinion, much better than a foam roller for the spine at least.
I ordered the 5 pack. It arrived missing the smallest wheel. I sent the company an email and they responded quickly. They said they would ship another entire 5 pack. I stated I only wanted the missing wheel. Since then, no other contact or shipments for the missing wheels. Other than that, the Lotus wheels are fantastic for pain relief and maintenance
